If you experience a problem with a product, please do not dispose of it. Instead, follow the instructions to complete a warranty claim. All products sold by Titokpleasure.com are covered by a two-year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase.
HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

To activate the warranty, follow these steps:

Log into your account on Titokpleasure.com.

Keep the original purchase receipt as proof that the claim date falls within the warranty period.

Contact our customer service at info@titokpleasure.com, describing the issue and attaching any relevant photos.
2-YEAR WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Titokpleasure.com guarantees your product for two (2) years from the original purchase date against manufacturing defects and faulty materials that affect the product’s functionality. The warranty does not cover aesthetic damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or negligence. Opening or modifying the product will void the warranty. We will replace your product free of charge for all valid claims within the warranty period.

In some cases, we may require you to return the product for inspection. If requested, the product must be shipped back with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a product is replaced under warranty, the warranty period of the replacement product will be calculated from the original purchase date.

Titokpleasure.com does not offer refunds or store credits as a substitute for a defective product. However, we accept returns for unopened items purchased on Titokpleasure.com within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with our return policy.

All warranty claims must be supported by reasonable evidence showing that the claim date falls within the warranty period and that the product is genuinely defective.
